You’ll collaborate with copy and design to keep a steady pipeline of creative diagnostics: what to try next when performance plateaus.
What you'll do
- Develop creative strategies and test plans aligned to funnel stages and KPIs
- Write or brief hooks, angles, and iterations for paid social and beyond
- Partner with media on format constraints, placements, and iteration cadence
- Review performance signals and propose the next creative hypotheses
- Align with brand tone while prioritizing clarity and conversion
- Document winners and patterns the team can reuse
What we're looking for
- Portfolio or examples of performance-oriented creative work
- Strong grasp of direct response and measurable creative iteration
- Excellent English (most collaboration is written and async)
- Comfortable receiving feedback from data, not only opinions
- Experience with short-form video / UGC angles is a plus
