You’ll own conversion problems end to end: diagnosis, a prioritized experiment backlog, and rigorous tests across landing pages, forms, and critical funnel steps.
You’ll work with media, creative, and analytics so experiments are measurable, high-impact, and don’t break tracking.
What you'll do
- Design and prioritize A/B and multivariate tests on LPs and key conversion points
- Analyze behavior: drop-offs, segments, device and traffic differences
- Document hypotheses, variants, and sound statistical reads of outcomes
- Coordinate implementation and QA with design and development
- Align post-click experience with media messaging and offers
- Report experiment impact in business terms, not only lift %
What we're looking for
- Hands-on CRO, growth, or experimentation experience (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g. GA4), heatmaps or session tools, and testing workflows
- Structured thinking: hypothesis, primary metric, guardrails
- English for async work and clear written summaries
- E-commerce or lead-gen funnel experience is a plus
