Meta Media Buyer

You’ll run Meta ads day to day: campaigns, ad sets, budgets, and relentless iteration toward CPA/ROAS targets.

You’ll collaborate on Pixel/CAPI, events, and attribution hygiene so optimizations reflect what’s happening in the funnel.

What you'll do

  • Build and optimize Meta campaigns (Prospecting, Remarketing, Advantage+ where it fits)
  • Monitor delivery, frequency, learning phase, and auction dynamics
  • Design structured creative and audience tests with measurable hypotheses
  • Partner with analytics on Pixel/CAPI, events, and reporting QA
  • Troubleshoot drops alongside creative and strategy
  • Report clearly: what changed, what we learned, what’s next

What we're looking for

  • Proven Meta Ads Manager experience at meaningful spend levels
  • Comfortable with budgets, bids, and spreadsheet-heavy workflows
  • Strong analytical habits: breakdowns, placements, creative diagnostics
  • English for async collaboration
  • E-commerce or lead-gen DR experience is a plus
