Native Media Buyer

You’ll own native and partner-network campaigns end to end: structure, budgets, and bidding toward CPA/ROAS across discovery feeds, sponsored placements, and partner inventory.

You’ll combine hands-on work in native/content-discovery platforms with trustworthy tracking so tests stay comparable and decisions reflect reality.

What you'll do

  • Launch and optimize campaigns in native, content-discovery, and partner publisher environments
  • Monitor pacing, bids, frequency, and supply-side dynamics daily
  • Design structured tests (creative, geo, audience, bid) with clear hypotheses
  • Partner with analytics on tagging, events, and conversion QA
  • Triage performance drops with creative and strategy
  • Report clearly: what changed, what we learned, what’s next

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience buying native, content discovery, or partner-network placements
  • Comfortable with budgets, bids, and spreadsheet-heavy workflows
  • Analytical mindset: placements, supply signals, and drilling into discrepancies
  • English for day-to-day collaboration
  • E-commerce or lead-gen DR experience is a plus
